Bishop transfer

The Holy Father has named Bishop Edward Braxton, 60, Bishop of Lake Charles, Louisiana, as the new Bishop of Belleville, Illinois. (The former bishop, the Most Reverend Wilton Gregory, was previously made Archbishop of Atlanta.)
