Times of refreshment

These are difficult days for many.

Sadly, many seek relief in these days in very wrong ways: drugs, alcohol, hedonism, and even suicide.

In today’s first reading (Acts 3:11-26), Saint Peter offers an infinitely better way:

Repent, therefore, and be converted,
that your sins may be wiped away,
and that the Lord may grant you times of refreshment...
