Cardinal Willebrands, RIP

Johannes Gerardus Maria Cardinal Willebrands, President Emeritus of what is now the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity, Archbishop emeritus of Utrecht in the Netherlands and the oldest living Cardinal, passed away last night just short of his 97th birthday.

Requiescat in pace.
