“Federal Terri’s Law”?

The Honorable Dave Weldon, M.D., U.S. Congressman from the east coast of Florida, announced yesterday that he intends to introduce on March 8 an Incapacitated Person's Legal Protection Act that would make Federal Courts available to contest withdrawal of medical treatment in the absence of valid written instructions by the patient.

The National Right to Life Committee says, "Do not wait for the actual introduction of the bill to urge your Senators and Representatives to save Terri! Only a massive outpouring from their constituents will move Members of Congress to act quickly enough on this vital bill to give Terri her chance at life.
