Father Leopoldo S. Tumulak was once a chaplain for Worldwide Marriage Encounter.

This morning, the Holy Father appointed him head of all Catholic chaplains for the Philippine military (transferring him from his current post as Bishop of Tagbilaran).

From chaplain to Marriage Encounter to chaplain to the military. Interesting.

Also today, the Holy Father accepted the resignation of Archbishop James Keleher, Archbishop of Kansas City, Kansas. Coadjutor bishop Joseph F. Naumann succeeds him automatically.
