Veteran’s Day

On this day, the eleventh day of the eleventh month, the day the combat of the first World War ended, many people remember the sacrifices of those who served their country in armed conflict.

We must continuously pray and work for true peace and justice.

Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord.
And let perpetual light shine upon them.

May they rest in peace. Amen.

May their souls and all the souls of the faithful departed
through the mercy of God rest in peace.
