I charge you before God

and the Lord Jesus Christ,
who shall judge the living and the dead
at his appearing and his kingdom:

Preach the word;
be urgent
whether in season or out of season;
reprove, rebuke, exhort
with all patience and teaching.

For the time will come
when they will not endure sound teaching;
but will gather to themselves teachers
to suit their own desires and curiosity;
And they will turn away from the truth,
and wander into myths.

But as for you,
be steady in all things,
endure afflictions,
do the work of an evangelist,
fulfill your ministry.
